In 2014 I made 7 award prizes in collaboration with Royal Copenhagen for the Danish Food Critics Annual Awards.
There are 3 main awards: The Sea (Hav), The Land (Land), Sweet/Cheese (Sødt og Ost)
and 4 special awards categories: Bistro, Service (Betjening), Wine (Udskænkning) and Snack.
This was my very first experience with ceramics and glazing, and together with Royal Copenhagen I learned it from scratch. From that moment my love for glazing and ceramics began.
